The Makeup Confidence Course

Whether you're just starting out or you've already done some makeup and want to refine your technique, this 1-to-1 course gives you two full days of hands-on, focused learning. We’ll cover the essentials – from skin prep and product knowledge to creating soft glam looks – with plenty of time to ask questions, practise, and build your confidence.

Each session is tailored to your level and goals. Whether you want to perfect a bridal look, improve your blending, or gain confidence before taking bookings, we’ll shape the training to suit you.

What You'll learn:

• Skin prep and product layering for all skin types

• Foundation, concealer, and setting techniques for a flawless base

• Eyeshadow blending, soft glam & bridal eyes

• Lashes (individual & strip), brows, and lip finishes

• Kit-building suggestions for beginners or artists updating their kit

• Highlight, contour, bronzer, blush – liquid vs powder

• Choosing the right products and tools for your style

• How to take great photos of your work

• Confidence building and personalised advice throughout

What Should I bring?

• A notebook and pen for jotting down tips and techniques

• A camera or smartphone to capture your work

• A packed lunch to keep you fuelled during the day

• A model for your practical session (If you’re unable to bring one, I can arrange a model for you – just let me know in advance. An additional fee applies)

The day runs from 10am to 4pm and takes place at my home studio in Hove.
