I had so much fun organising my first styled shoot at Hotel Du Vin Brighton which is set in the iconic Brighton Lanes.
The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful and it was great to be able to set up our "Morning of the Wedding" shoot there. We were in a spectacular suite which even had its own roll top bath in the living room!
I wanted a very simple morning of the wedding theme which felt relaxed and feminine. After meeting the models and seeing that they both had so much beautiful thick long hair, I decided that I would go for a lovely curled up do's which I finished off with a pretty flower hair pins.
For their makeup I went with traditional pinks and soft browns to keep in theme with the feminine look I was going for and I used SPF free makeup, long-wear products and false lashes just as I would on a real wedding day.
We all had a really fun day getting to know each other, our bride model Laura was newly engaged and planning her own wedding so it was a great way for her to get a taste of what her wedding morning might be like and to have her hair and makeup done!
We finished the shoot with a celebratory cocktail together and I am so happy with how the images came out.
